Thjalzi

Thjalzi or Thjazi was a storm or frost giant and father of Skadi, the goddess of ice.
He was the son of Alvaldi and brother of Ithi and Gang.

He could change himself into an eagle.

Once, Thjazi kidnapped Idun (the goddess of eternal youth) and the gods immediately went old. But Loki managed Idun's rescue and brought her back to Asgard. Thjazi (as an eagle) followed them and flew to Asgard, there the gods made a great fire, he fell down to earth and the Aesir killed him.

Thjazi's eyes (Auguthjaza) became a constellation.
