Idavoll ("Field of Deeds"?) was the meeting place of the gods.
Idavoll was in Asgard.

"At Ithavoll met | the mighty gods,
Shrines and temples | they timbered high;
Forges they set, and | they smithied ore,
Tongs they wrought, | and tools they fashioned."
