Agnar

I found three Agnars ("Disciplined warrior" or "fearsome warrior") in the Poetic Edda:
1. Geirröth's son
2. Geirröth's brother
3. and a king (or warrior)

1.
Agnar was the ten years old son of King Geirröth (Odin's fosterling) and brother of Helmgunther.
When Odin came disguised and with the name Grimnir to Geirröd's castle, the king doesn't recognized the god and let him sit between two fires for a lot of days. The only person who brought Odin food and drink was the youg Agnar.
When King Geirröd finally recognized Odin he jumped into his own sword and Agnar became the new king.

Poetic Edda: Grimnismol - The Ballad of Grimnir

2.
Agnar was also the name of Geirröth's brother (uncle of the young Agnar). He had children with a giantess and lived with her in a cave.
He was one of Frigg's fosterling.

Poetic Edda: Grimnismol - The Ballad of Grimnir

3.
The other Agnar was a king (or warrior), who fought King Hjalmgunnar.

(King Hjalmgunnar was killed by Sigrdrifa)

Poetic Edda:
- Sigrdrifumol - The Ballad of The Victory-Bringer
- Helreith Brynhildar - Brynhild's Hell-Ride
