fires singin’ in hearts born to love

like the vastness, the silence, the valley
where time rests from haste and fever and strife
A
like a door
a voice
and a singer
roaming in kingdoms
of glory and sound
A
like the endless
our home and tomorrow
the fount and the sweetness
knowing it all
